Pretty weird way of making things simple , streamlined and understandable for everyone. It is much simpler to know where and how about 40 major/minor buffs with extremely informative names :\ come from than to just know what your skill do. yes sir no more complications. Things simple and clear as mud on a clear Monday morning./facepalm

    Wait, those buff names are actually used in skill tooltips instead of numerical values? I can't access the PTS yet, so I don't know... If that's the case, then it sucks.

    The tool tips provide the buff name + numeric value, the patch notes however mostly just have the buff name - making the notes almost incomprehensible.

    with values beeing written to the patchnotes they can´t stealth nerf/buff skills and blame players beeing wrong in stating otherwise.
    spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

    Ah, I see. I copied the buff descriptions to another document and kept it open as I was reading the patch notes. Otherwise it would be impossible to understand skill changes.

    The tooltips explain the buffs in each skill description so no worries.

    I'm sure someone will create one like the previous buff addons and make it also a clear icon to which you can learn which one it is for. And since they are all set times with how long they last it will be easy to time to the skill.
