I noticed there was nothing about that as well. Nothing on performance improvements outside of a couple DK skills either.

The notes basically told me to do crafting writs and respec.

ZOS just posted that Gina simply forgot to add them in the notes and will be doing so shortly. Fear not, there are going to be new Alliance War abilities.

Another thing I noticed that was missed was major berserker buff, im assuming it increases damage but couldn't find it in the patch notes.

I think they are talking about the underdog scoring bonus you get if you are losing or something.
