Is it normal for the PTS to download really slow? I know it's a huge download and will take awhile, but the speed at which it's downloading is never more than 4 mbps. Is this normal? My connection is FIOS 150down 75up and everything else running smooth. I don't have anything else running, on any PC in the house.

    Pretty much, yeah. Server side caps suck.

    I'm going to guess it's because quite a few people are downloading it too.

    I really do not like the idea of leaving my PC on all day and night to download this. At this rate, it really will take that long. If I pause and shut down, can I resume later? If not, screw it, I am not going to bother with trying the PTS.
