Dang...OK, 112 seconds you are correct....still I bet they won't feed it too me that fast
Which means you will be downloading 0,125 gigaBYTE per second. Bit != Byte. Hate to break it to ya but it'll actually take you 112 seconds at full speed.
And 112 seconds is not enough to read 60 pages of patch notes...

Depends... what abilities would my Nightblade get if you don't fix it?
Nice try, but you still won't get a lightsaber
(or a darksaber either)
Hm . We kind of had those since start.Summoned bound swords/daggers of awesome black red darkness.

You are going to be throttled down way more than that, I imagine. You have to remember you are not the only connection that will be made to their server. You are more likely to get a few megs a second in reality.

I know....it makes me sad ....at least I can stream 4 Netflix movies simultaneously while I update two computers with the patch...even then still throttled its a bummer
I should prolly drop to the 100 megabit....maybe then I wouldn't be throttled.....but its only $12 difference ....

I only have a 10 meg DSL connection and I can't even DL at my full potential. It's server side cap for everyone.
Dammit! Gief patchtnotes NOW! When do u guys think, we read this monumental writ if not now?

I've hit 15-20 dl on patches (maybe that's ping time difference changing the server side throttle?).

Oh I know others download faster than I do. I was just letting you know that downgrading your speed won't stop you from getting throttled.
Except it is not false advertising. MEGA = times one million , GIGA = times one billion.Merlin13KAGL wrote: »@pppontus , I'll add fuel to this fire!

If you have a "27 Gig" hard drive, it also won't fit!
Don't forget the download size converted to size on disk, too...
Where they get to advertise 1,000,000,000 bytes as a Gig even though translated its really .93 GB.
False advertising at its finest...
Oh ... and in Germany and France people already finished work for today, so they can't release the Patch notes until proper translations in those languages are sorted out.... sorry to break it to you guys..

Might have to do with traffic at the time, because I to have had higher spikes like that for a while. At launch though? LOL it was bad.
I imagine from what I see of everyone sitting here just waiting to go, its going to be rough going to start.
