Will we get the full PTS patch notes?

Really, I need material to read at night to put me to sleep . . .

    Out later on - PTS update starts in a couple of hours. I'm expecting the notes about the time they wrap up the conversion or 12:00pm Eastern, whichever's first. That's 100% my guess.
    Now let's dig on the Dirt Mound... (never gonna get it, never gonna get it, NEEEEver gonna get it, never gonna it)

    I was under the impression the PTS doesn't download patches as it's live or something? When the maintenance is complete and you can log back on, it should all be there?
