What settings will the Console versions run at? And other Console version questions...

We have heard that the target is 1080p/30fps for both Console versions, but I am wondering about all the other settings. I am interested to know if the Console versions will be locked 30fps, Vsync for no screen tearing in addition, some of the other settings we have on PC like view distance for example are something I would like to know about.
There has been very little talked about the console versions, even with the game coming out in 5 months, I would think that the dev's could provide some insight on what settings they are targeting for the game.
I am also wondering if there will be an Imperial Version upgrade for those that played the PC version prior to June 2014? Lastly, will the version we buy be digital or physical copy of the console version, this applies to those that played the PC version prior to June.
