    I could be mistaken but patch notes are never available until the download is pushed to us. which does kind of suck. I mean I don't know what type of workforce and workload they have at ZOS, but it would be nice to at least give us 12 hours to read over the patch notes. considering they should be sizeable. then again we have a 14GB download to wait for tomorrow so I guess we will have a lot of time to read them. ( I still don't understand why my downloads cap at 1mbps with ESO launcher when I get 10+ with every other game ive played) 1mbps for 14GB means A LONG time to read over patch notes.

    There is only one thing that will change with the release of 1.6 on the PTS, and that is the title of the whine posts.

    Before the 1.6 patch notes:

    "When are we getting 1.6 on the PTS?"
    "When can we read the patch notes?"
    "You promised 1.6 by [x] date!"
    "Hurry up already!"

    After the 1.6 patch notes:

    "I can't believe you are nerfing [x] skill and not [y] skill!"
    "Why aren't you changing [x]?"
    "If [x] doesn't make it into this patch, I quit!"

    I hope the PTS capacity is as big as the regular server capacity. I have a feeling we'll all be there sampling things.

    Maybe the quantity of players there will help the debugging and tweaking more than it has in the past with other updates.

    There are still bugs in this game that have been present since launch and have been reported 10,000 times. Don't hold your breath....

    Btw: the format is not the important thing. We all just want to read the veeeeeery long notes! :smiley:
