Parkour - Wood elves cost less stamina.

Drunk - Khajiit have resistance to skooma (and can enjoy its benefits without side-effects).
Recreational Magic - High Elves and Dark Elves have extra options.

Any other ideas?

SanderBuraas✭✭✭✭✭I do feel that races lack in individual passives, but your suggestions don't quite do it for me. There should be more resistance passives for all the races, and perhaps some unique ones for consumables alike.0
