First: Fighting EP on the second floor of a keep and then the next thing I know I'm on the first floor, dead with 811 health? I mean is was instant, second floor to ground level, Instant dead!
Second: Since EP is better organized and has more population on their faction when will paid transfers be available?

I had that happen to me a few times. Usually an archer guard, or just a glitch through the floor.

The first sounds like either your client was out of sync with the server and when the server finally set the client right you were "still" on the ground floor and had been killed. I've had this happen twice. It is similar to "rubber banding" you see in some other games. It could also be like some have said and you got lagged and someone hit you with something that caused you to be thrown off a wall or run.

✭✭✭Someone can throw a rune at your feet which will toss you into the air. Some skills like Destructive Touch/Reach for the Destruction Staff cause a knockback which can cause you to fall from the second floor to the second floor. This occurrence is not uncommon in the least.0 -

✭✭Also you can be pushed through grates and floors because the dev team in charge of the map did a poor job with collision and how effects push you through the floor.
Troll shroom still there since beta.
Lines in the map you can see through the floor.
