Dear ZOS: Are we still going to get spellcrafting and justice system PvP?

Lots of speculation whether spellcrafting and justice system PvP have been cancelled, so I am hoping they give us a straight answer. If they don't clear up what's going on I'm just going to assume these two features are no longer being implemented. Pretty safe assumption if you ask me since every time ZOS is silent on an issue, it's bad news.

Brittany_Joy✭✭✭✭I don't think any of it is cancelled. Most of their content is being stalled until after console release. We should be getting a part of Blackmarsh, new armor, spellcrafting, dark brotherhood, morang tong, and thieves guild after the console release. How long after I do not know but they started working on this long before and showed it off in last years PAX. So it shouldnt be too long after, they just need to make the content available on all platforms.0 -

During the reddit Q&A they said if these are implemented meaning they don't know if hey will or not, so at least there is a 50 50 Chance rightThat which we obtain to cheap we esteem to lightly, it is dearness only that gives everything its value.
