So they are serious, no new content until at least after console release?

I was looking forward for Imperial City so much....but I would even take some new PVE as a morsel...I am that desperate :disappointed:

And now I read blabla content production slowing down because of 4 platforms to support? Are they trying to tell us that they have to draw textures, build models, record voice 4 times because of 4 platforms??
All of those happen to be x86 based anyways, only difference that only two got controller support. :disagree:

I do feel bad for all of the pc players who are now stuck in a subscription still running after March 17th as there is no incentive to pay for when nothing new is on the horizon.

Or they could just pump out the stuff on PC at let us be payed beta testers, just like in 2014.... :joy:

I can't help but wonder how this is going to effect the final phase of the CS. We now know when it will be implemented, but there has been no mention lately of when/if we will see the final phase which is going to include the removal of the Veteran ranks. And considering all the talk from ZoS lately about no new content anytime soon, it makes you wonder if they are going to spend any time what so ever in the near future actually finishing it.

They won't be able to make it DLC because it will effect everyone.

If you save your conversion crowns, not even then. I figure I won't need to sub again until early 2016.
Now let's dig on the Dirt Mound... (never gonna get it, never gonna get it, NEEEEver gonna get it, never gonna it)

I seriously hope that imperial city and spellcrafting will be in a free content update since they will be essential for the game!

Seriously, I no longer expect spellcrafting or the PvP part of the justice system to ever happen. They have hinted at it possibly never being implemented, and coming from ZOS, I'd say that is pretty much an admission to having cancelled those updates.

The Dark Brotherhood might still happen, because all it takes is instanced solo missions in houses, with the PvE justice system kicking in to make sloppy assassins face the consequences. The Imperial City is probably finished, and I suspect Wrothgar is in the making or even finished. Perhaps even Murkmire will see the light of day before they close down the game. Those are all new PvE zones with quests, dialog and lots of graphics, and they have been working on them for a long time already.

But new and far-reaching changes to the game system soon after the console release? Think about it. The official word is that 1.6 is the version that will hit consoles. How much sense does it make to release on consoles that supposedly "interim" version, with Champion Points and VR ranks, and then proceed to take away the VR ranks in an update soon after that? Are the announced VR10 potions and recipes supposed to be introduced only to be removed in the next patch?

Proceeding with the plans they announced a while ago would mean too many dramatic changes too early in the life of the console versions, and maintaining two different versions for PC/Mac and consoles would be a nightmare both for ZOS and for the players. My bet is that version 1.6 is as far as this game gets in terms of major game-changing updates, at least during 2015.

Next big update will probably hit August - September. It's 8 months for us but only 3 for their new best friends, so they don't care.

And you can dream for the end of VR before end of the year, it's the perfect trap for all those new consoles players who only know "Elder Scrolls" about the game. That will keep most of them busy for months so ZOS can have time to make easy money with quick horses/guar new skins and with sub of annoyed players wanting to finish the VR.

    EDIT :
