Why is it that Heavy Armor/Metal Working is in its own crafting Tree, but Light Armor (Cloth) and Medium Armor (Leather) are both in the same crafting tree?
Wouldn't it make more sense to have Light and Medium separate?
Just a thought.
"Wood Elves aren't made of wood. Sea Elves aren't made of water. M'aiq still wonders about High Elves" - M'aiq the Liar
If any, it is Woodworking which is kind of missing some stuff. A cloth is a cloth, no matter its made of silk or leather.
PS: I see now that you just refer to the filters in the crafting station, rather than to the crafting skills or "products". So I agree with you, they could add a separate filter for Light/Medium in the clothing station, even if its only because the last medium armor piece is so effing far away.

Yup. I always wondered why NPCs get staves we poor players cannot have.
Witch "black-purple" effects staff? Necromancer coldfire-style staff? Illusionist "red-black mist" style staff? Shaman green color staff?
And of course, I for one would have liked to see a polearm weapons line as well, those would fit with with woodworking too. And maybe crossbows as alternate bow weapon (more armor penetration but slower rate of fire?)
