But on a serious note, I haven't seen or heard of one dropping in over 2 months. But they may change the drop rate in the upcomming patch. So fingers crossed for you and good luck.1 -
Apparently they were accidentally removed from the loot table. It's second-hand info from someone who went to a guild summit or something. Hopefully fixed in 1.6. Hopefully not the first cash shop exclusive.0

We can confirm that the ring is, in fact, dropping from enemies in the Mage Trial, at an (intentionally) low rate. However, note that it only drops from regular monsters, not from any of the bosses.6 -
