For me personally, I am devastated by the no leeway regarding the subscriber exclusive reward. Just checked my billing history only to find that there might be around one week lapse. I guess I can kiss the mount goodbye :(

My biggest dissapointment? This quoted statement" "we have other teams already working on DLC and expect to see that start rolling out at some point after console launch settles down"".

You may be able to contact support after they send out the reward, a guildmate of mine was a few days off of the 6 month sub when they sent out the dwemer sphere pet reward and they granted him the pet anyway. I've read about support doing this for several people. I think some leeway should exist maybe +/- 2-3 weeks but nothing more than that. If someone unsubscribed at any point for more than a full payment cycle I don't believe they should be rewarded for their "loyalty" or lack thereof.

That, too. If going B2P helps their finance and so forth push more and frequent updates then i am fine with it, but clearly it's not the case, for now. At least 4 or even more months with no major updates? It's just outrageous.

That they consider adding xp and ap (!) boosters to the shop.
That we won't see any new content until maybe September.
That they have no plans for endgame content.

Gee, so many options. It's a really a tough choice.

B2P only helps them to increase initial sales for the console launch and PC re-launch. Their model has no sustainability beyond that point, which will simply force them to expand the cash shop. Been there, done that.

All this time and hyping the Imperial city. Using it to get people to stay, or comeback. Promising it and promising it, and now it's gonna be a dlc and we have to wait till June now ? Anyone want to rage now in advance or when it gets pushed back till August because console drop date was changed.

I remember picturing myself playing with it in January. Oh past me... so much you don't know.

Yah ZOS has just straight lied on nearly everything they've done, Im all for allowing things to change, but they literally lied to retain customers with false promises, someone might sue them, and Im going to be laughing the whole time.

Can still sue. Likely will lose, but you can still sue.

Would you like me to post the numerous suits that have been won over a companies terms of service agreements?

lol you act like what they put in a TOS is law, its not. I could put anything in a contract and have you sign it, doesn't mean said contract will be upheld in court....I guess not everyone knows that though.

Agreed on the no leeway. I would have been subscribed since right out of beta until now but they pulled that exclusive steam pet deal for the dog so I just switched my account to a steam game account so I am screwed...did not even have any lapses. sucks so abd

lol google EA...they have many. Also says you can't sue them based on quality of a game, yet lost a lawsuit on ALL of their sports games over a 10 year period...This guy, your a tool man, open your eyes and educate yourself.

Let me put it to you another way, if someone can file a lawsuit and get a company to settle or win because a drink doesn't give you wings you don't think it can't happen for something this?

Still playing for now... and enjoying it due to my guild.

But, there is no way in hell I will ever play another ZOS game. As I've said before: they better get their home run here, because their reputation in this space is done.

and.... You just assume that I am saying that they cannot be sue. All I said I guess no one reads the terms of agreement. Which you elaborate on and on from a few words that I have stated. Which I replayed so because you miss understand what I meant and what your saying does not concern what I have stated. I was stating people should not be surprise.

Content delay and that they don't care about us anymore, they're now focused on consoles players who are well know for buying anything without ever complaining.

They don't care if we have to wait 7 months before the next real content because for consoles players it would have been only a month of waiting and so they are happy and buy in bulk without saying anything except "lol ZOS care about us" without knowing that all the content was restrained for months.

It has nothing to do with the terms of service. It's a customer trust and business issue. ZOS might win the suit but they forever and ever lose the trust of the once most loyal customers.
