I can't change the fact that you have lied to my face for 6 months, nor can you. You cannot repair your reputation for dishonesty among your player base and the industry.
However, as I am still a player and a customer (for now) I kindly request that you remember that I am not a money sponge for you to squeeze, If you put something I want up, Ill buy it. If not, I wont.
If you start to treat me like SWTOR treated me and their other players, I will leave.
^This is not an acceptable business model.

Remember, you can feel good about keeping the game alive if you open your wallet and spend that money. You can even come here to the forums and tell people just how great you are because you spend money so the freeloaders can play.1 -

With free to play comes game design almost solely governed by doing exactly that. I agree it is not an acceptable business model but it does generate income, presumably predicted to be more than the few thousand subs they have.
Customer service will be cut to the bare minimum, the game's content will push you to spend money, it will get more laggy as they skimp on bandwidth and hardware. Possibly even making us pay for updates. Prepare for our experience to diminish accordingly. We may as well be playing DDO.

Me too. I drift between UO, WoW and EVE and then back again. Before I found ESO, I didn't expect to get lied flat out to for 6 months.0 -
