Stamina NB Tips and Tricks

I know theres a few of us out there. Im bow and shield. SO what do you use against the block casters and the self healing tanks to take them down. I sometimes get them, other times it seems all my hits are blocked and they just wail on me and even heal them selves.

Patience and experience.

Those two are your biggest tricks to take down someone effectively. Most of the time I see fellow bow NBs get killed is from hitting the wrong person at the wrong time without surveying the greater picture. Sometimes the juicy target is too tempting for the wrong reason.

Aside from that, it's just a case of balancing resources. You'll have more stamina than them but less magicka. As long as you can keep causing damage so they'll be forced to heal then their magicka will be depleted as well as stamina from blocking your damage (I would recommend dual wield instead of shield).

Use what little magicka you'd comparatively have to make use of fear to stop them from self-healing while you drop them. All it takes is a little experience to know when to pop it so they can't cc break it.

Also, RS has a visible effect on any DK so you can tell when it's dropped and you can spam bow attacks then (if they're feared).

Let's group up and gank Lo'ke . I use a mix of siphoning and reflect on my shield line . Reverberating bash heal debuff . The rest on the bow line is Evil Hunter snipe and venom arrow .

Last night 3 of Us in Lynch Mob scored over 3 kill quests lines , only 5 deaths the whole night in total between the 3 of Us . If Cydone had been there I'd expect the kill quests to be doubled . All of Us were on Our VR1-3's .

No . The only magical ability is funnel health . The rest is all stamina .

Caltrops are also good against block casting . If their stuck in a caltrops field their gonna burn up stamina .

Dark cloak and immovable are great for staying alive. Flurry is good for draining stam for block casters (I find dw works better with bow and nb)

When facing the weak fools known as perma blockers/block casters, I tend to get out my DW bar, turn on siphoning attacks, hit them with sparks, hit them with fear every now and then, and fight with them until either I or they die. sometimes I die, sometimes they die.(I also use shades on them)

Does not work in blackwater blade though. the battle level prevents me from having enough resources to pull off this build:(

However, its just a matter of practice, experience, and a little luck. You have to fear them at the right times to stop them from self healing, constantly keep damaging them and draining their stamina... its a game of patience and experience.

I think its BS people in all light armor can do these perma block shield builds: but that is getting changed soon thankfully.

The problems I face: is talon spamming, and that blinding flashes BS. Talon spamming being the biggest. A DK can literally keep you perma taloned the whole fight due to the lack of an immunity timer, and every talon damages you on use. If a DK has enough mana to endlessly spam talons on you(And don't tell me there aren't, because I have faced DKs that have spammed talons to the extreme) then all you can do is pop your ult and hope for the best.

oh, and I recommend 2H or DW if bow is your primary.
