Could someone clarify the Champion System?

So, I haven't been on in a few months, and neither has my friend, and we are planning on coming back for Update 6 and the new Tamriel Unlimited stuff, and we were looking at the Champion System and had a few questions, if someone wouldn't mind answering them.
Are the removing Veteran levels entirely?
Will you still be able to gain Attribute points/skill points for leveling from v1-v14, or the ones you could have acquired if they are removing them?
If someone could answer those, that would be great,

That's the plan. It's supposed to happen in 1.7, Tamriel Unlimited includes updates only up to 1.6 where Champion system and veteran ranks coexist. We don't know when 1.7 is slated for release.SG_Celerrimus wrote: »Are the removing Veteran levels entirely?
As long as veteran ranks exist, yes. We don't know what happens later. Presumably everyone will be granted those points or they will be removed entirely, either way everyone will have an equal number at max level. Doing anything else would create an obvious and inexcusable imbalance. All of this is based on what ZOS said they're planning, so it isn't final. As we've learned from past experiences with this game, anything could happen!1
