Like you will have to retain a current sub in order to keep your house? No, of course not. Now that this game is B2P, I should be able to purchase everything outright. I'm not going to 'rent' a house in this game, that would be incredibly lame.
well I can't vote, cause I like the idea of having a house and more storage option, but I don't like it to be reserved only to Premiums.
My answer is "NO" (but I don't care if there is/isn't housing). I hope ZOS charges for it, but not include it in the ESO+ subscription: keep the P2W items at bay for as long as possible.

Although, my first answer is that it should be built into the game (like other games) without coming at extra cost. Everyone needs to calm down and stop offering to pay for basics other games have and don't charge for. I want them in ESO too, and I want them sooner over later....but why offer to let them nickel and dime us to death?
Considering how much work housing requires, it might come in two or three years, if ESO survies that long. First year or two will be all about new and shiny baubles.
They can't even add a simple toggle to turn notifications off, why would they thing about housing now?

This was what I was pointing out, the poll doesn't differentiate between DLC or ESO+ when it says "Premium". Obviously if DLC is premium, I'm all for buying my house. If it's only via Subscription, then no. I won't rent.
