There seems to be a lot of diverting opinions on what this means and what it will do to the game as we currently know it. The following is merely fact and meant to clarify what this model represents:

Before B2P/F2P Pay $15 a month, get ALL content available in the game (excluding only the Palomino horse and 4 vanity pets available through toy purchases as well as benefits from pre-order or imperial edition purchases so far)

After B2P/F2P Pay $15 a month OR not, and do NOT get all content available in the game, either way (content excluded will be in the form of customization and convenience items, including and not limited to mounts and outfits sold separately)
