Will PC players also have an option for "say zone" voice chat?

There was some mention about voice chat and how it will offer players a choice of what they hear, to "say zone" or "group zone". Is this intended only for console players or will PC users also benefit from this new feature?
Do Mumble and other PC 3rd party solutions already offer something similar?

Anyone? I know they discussed this in latest ESO live, but I don't know if it was meant for console players only, or in general.

It's only for console as per what was said in the show. Sounds like it could be fun once in a while, though, so I'd like to see it come to the PC as well.

Personally I would enjoy seeing an built-in group voice chat option to the PC version too. It would finally eliminate all those "must have TS to join" lfg limiters...

They should add it as an option for PC, but only for grouping. There are conversations I don't want to read in Zone chat...I certainly wouldn't want to HEAR those either. Adding a Voice chat to Groups would be a great help to any PUG Group out there. Not everyone has Teamspeak or other voice programs.

It'd be nice but oth, we CAN get teamspeak or whatever for free and we all have keyboards. Console players don't have access to 3rd party voice chat and most don't use keyboards with their console.

    It's want vs. need.

I've got TS3 with my guild, but can't play and use it at the same time cause my interwebs suck. My hope for voice integrated with the game client is that the load on my net wouldn't be as much as with an external program.

And all channels have been stated as being customizable (muted, left, etc.) for the console version. It would be nice, though I really don't expect it considering the availability of programs for comps that provide said service in a different way.

I don't have teamspeak. I occasionally use raidcall though...

And if I had the option, I would rather have voice chat as part of the game. Group-only, or say range & group as the console players seem to be getting, to be set as each player wishes...

Well, if not now, maybe some later date...
If enough PC players get annoyed of having to mess with third party programs and get too envious of the console pplayes who get that extra...

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Given that I already disable zone chat (in this and most MMOs) because I don't want to read a load of crap, why would I want to listen to it?
