I don't know about the mount, but in the ESO plus FaQ it was stated for every 30 day period you are subbed, you get 100 crowns, and you get you get a bonus 500 crowns if you're subbed during the transistion.

I was wondering about this as soon as they said it on the Twitchcast. I too have been in since Beta but missed 2 weeks on my sub due to RL issues. Would kinda suck to miss out on a unique mount by 2 weeks or as some people said even a few days.

Yeah since release I've missed 1 day of sub time... Will I get the 12 month sub reward a day later or does it have to be a continuous sub?

I thought they said the mount (probably a dragon or daedra) would be available to those that were going for the 12 month upfront sub??

It's an interesting question certainly, as the B2P conversion is happening around the 10 month mark, meaning nobody will ever get to 12 months subscribed. I've not let my game time lapse since launch, but I've only been adding time through time cards and one 3 month sub, putting my total paid-for at 11 by the time of conversion, and yet I will have been subscribed at that point for an equal amount of time to someone who did 6-months recurring, and who will have already "paid" for 12.

[Question] How long players need to be subbed to get super reward?

How long players need to be subbed to get super reward? in CS thread

Well, here is my story. No retailer in my country had Collector's Edition box (Imperial Edition box) in April (and I think they don't have even now), so I was needed to order it from another country and wait a month to start to play. It seems to me that I get penilized for being loyal enough to buy Imperial Edition box. Does it fair? I don't think so. I don't ask these "crowns" for missed mounth, but IMO we deserve this loyalty reward.

I belive other players have their stories why they had to miss first month. I just shared my story why I missed that first month of playing.

With all of the loyalty rewards so far, players receive the reward at the first (monthly?) distribution cycle after the player reaches the milestone. If you first subscribed in August, then you received the 3 month reward at the first distribution cycle after you reached that mark in November.

There is no reason to believe the 12 month loyalty reward will work any differently. Some people will receive it in May. Others may not receive it until next autumn, for example.

On ESO live they said "There will be a ONE TIME 1 year loyalty reward for our most loyal players" I have a feeling there will be a 1 year loyalty award and a 1 year special reward to keep people subscribed these next 2 months.

Yes I suspect there will be that special one time only mount (good assumption) for people who were there from the start and never lost faith and never let their subs run out. I also think they deserve it. Regardless of the idea that playing the game you like/love is reward enough people that are that loyal deserve something. Call it a beta test (2.0) reward.

I also suspect they will have rolling sub perks (akin to Rift) where sub time will accumulate and you will unlock tiers or milestones as you sub here and there. That will be an added incentive to subscribe to the game other than the not so great perks you get (including the 1500 crowns).

It was never meant to be a 12 month reward. It's the best clarification I could get on who is considered to be here "from the beginning".

Makes it pretty clear, if you're continuously subbed from launch to Tamriel Unlimited's release you get the special reward. If your sub lapsed at some point you're SoL. Makes sense, they shouldn't be directing resources to sorting out people's sob stories about why their sub lapsed for a bit.

They strongly hinted in ESO Live that it will be a mount.

If they plan to reward subs that didn't lapse even a single day, I disagree with this method. One, it favors people with recurring subscriptions - you can enter a bunch of time card codes at a time, sure, but it's also very likely you missed a day here or there. Two, any mistake on part of your bank or ZOS results in a lapse - this clearly isn't any indicator of your loyalty as a player. I'd mention a three, but that's just my personal reasoning that people who went on holidays for a week or whatever, letting their sub lapse, are just as loyal as everybody else. I can understand why ZOS would feel differently, however.

They really should give a little bit of leeway for all these one day, or maybe even half a day lapses.

I think I lapsed a few days after first month because I hadn't yet set up the auto renew.
Missing out on the 12 month would be bonkers.

Just tried checking my account to see if it remembers payments but I can't find an option for transactions. (I'm using a phone).

It doesn't make it entirely clear, because it says from April 2014 until March 17, 2015. It doesn't specify whether you only get it if you've had your subscription continuously from the exact day of launch, or if you get it if you've had your subscription continuously from any time in April.

I'll be kind of pissed if you have to have had it from the exact day - I preordered the physical special edition with the statue and coffee table book, and I've been subscribed continuously since April, but due to work I wasn't able to actually install ESO and set up my account until the day after launch.

What it means is that if you purchased the game and have subbed since April 2014 to March 17, 2015, you'll get the special reward. I don't anticipate there being any leeway." http://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/2tfb48/welcome_to_the_eso_tamriel_unlimited_aua/cnylcq7

I've been wondering this since they started the loyalty program.

    Are these rewards retroactive?.

If a new player comes and pays the subscription fee for 3/6/9/12 months will they be rewarded these items as well?

    I think they should.

Believe so, but the one that Firor is talking about is supposed to be a one time reward, not something available after that date.

    3 and 6 month - yes.
12 month - no, because it isn't actually a 12 month reward. It's a one-time thing to say thank you to people who were with the game from launch to the B2P transition.

At least that's the situation now.

In my case I would have been subbed since the game launched but since the steam release had an exclusive pet I switched to steam account which made me stop that subscription obviously. I am OCD about getting everything the game releases....and because of a stupid decision on ZOS part about not making that dog available to all I am screwed cause I switched... so pissed..
