Getting everyone to buy then pay a sub to be beta testers, I'm actually not annoyed I'm impressed and hope I never run into any of you on a card table!

Perhaps The Entertainer can play in the opening cinematic now the gig is up and you are safe with money in the bank.

You need to relax and put things in perspective along with a at least 373 other people (poll results). You weren't 'conned' you played a game with a sub, and now you are going to play a game with a sub, or not. This misconception that you have somehow been beta testing is not valid.

    Is this your first MMO?

To open a door in cyrodiil I need to dodge roll, Change weapons and then hit E i'd say that's pretty beta =)

Our job is not yet over... we will still pay sub to test 1.6 so that the game will be flawless when they release it on March as Tamriel Unlimited.

    o:)

The scary part is that those three on ESO live actually have children. Imagine that 15 year old asking his dad, the PR guy: "Dad, what is ethics?". "Well son, that's something you can buy or sell. Just look at me and my co-workers.".

They also dress like they just woke up on these ESO Live broadcasts. I had a friend of mine ask do these people actually run the game? Noone has a tie or anything? He said the webcast or whatever looked like some joke to him. I had to explain yes those are the people running this game. Then he said "Well thank God I avoided that mess!".

That which we obtain to cheap we esteem to lightly, it is dearness only that gives everything its value.

This "paid for beta testing" crap wears so thin....I can only /headdesk.

I guess you just got suckered then, and now publicly admit to being such. I, on the other hand (and probably many others), paid my subscription for unlimited (nearly) access to the game over the last 9 months to do as I wish. That's what I got for my money, it's called paying for a 'service'. I'm sorry you were stuck in beta for so long...are they going to wipe your chars?
