Will plus subscribers have option to disable progression bonuses?

I hate playing through content and out-leveling the zone I'm in so that everything becomes ridiculously easy. I like my games to have challenge, and while I'm sure I'll want to be a plus subscriber for the included DLC and crowns allotment for silly store purchases, etc, I'll be less thrilled with the XP bonus if I can't turn it off.

I'm probably in the minority, but even if I'm creating a new character and doing content I've done before I'd still like to keep some semblance of challenge. There may be times I'd like to speed a new character up thru the levels and these bonuses will come in handy, but I would really appreciate if any and all could be turned off via settings so that if I want to maintain "traditional" pacing as I level I'll have that option.

If the dev team hasn't considered this I hope they do, as having the option would be helpful for players like me who don't necessary see leveling as a speed race to the highest levels.

    I'm fairly sure the bonus is already active on everyone's account, and the leveling your doing now won't change with subscription in the new system.

    That's interesting, I wasn't sure if I was leveling faster on my more recent alts (and yes, I'm an alt-aholic) because I'm more familiar with the content or if they had sped up progression.

    If that is indeed true and the devs ever do consider piling on the bonuses even more I hope they keep myself and others in mind who may want to pull the reins in a bit and not speed along.

    If there is one thing I dislike (among a lot of other things in general) it's xp bonuses. Make this as optional.

    I think that the bigger question is: will this 10% xp bonus affect Champion Points?
    If so, it's P2W already.

    Any bonuses that make progression easier feel the same to me, regardless of whether 1-50 leveling xp points, champion posts, or crafting speed gains. All confer an advantage in terms of reducing time to advance.

    It's not 'pay to win' from my point of view because someone willing to put in more time can get to the same place. It becomes pay-to-win when someone has no other recourse EXCEPT paying to progress, or the extra time required is so onerous as to be prohibitive. I personally don't think a 10% bonus qualifies, but I'll definitely keep an eye on how wide the divide gets.
