ESO is going F2P? Very confused (Questions in thread).

Well, it certainly has been a long time since I have been here.

So, I stopped playing ESO a while ago, although I stayed subscribed as I am planning on playing again for Update 6, and I decided to check the website today and there is all this stuff about ESO plus and Tamriel Unlimited, and its got me a little confused.

1. Does all this stuff mean that ESO is going F2P SWTOR style, but without an XP decrease for non-subscribers, when the game releases for consoles in June?

2. What is this crown store? Just a cosmetics shop to buy random things that offer absolutely no progression benefits what so ever?

3. Will future content, such as the Imperial City and Wrothgar, need to be purchased as DLCs when they come out now? Do ESO plus members need to do that or just F2P people?

4. I read that the crown store is going to be available when Update 6 launches, does this mean current subscribers will start earning crowns when Update 6 launches? Will everything on the crown store be free until the game launches on console?

5. Will the quality/rate of customer support go down? For instance, will F2P people have access to customer support people?

6. Did I miss anything significant?

If someone could answer these questions, I would be VERY grateful, as this has me all confused.
