There will be no pay-to-win items in the store
There will be purchasable costumes and costume packs (including shaman, blacksmith and court jester)
There will be purchasable mounts, including Guar and several new horses (stats are still the same as the base horses that are already in-game).
There will be potions for sale in the store, but they are not as good as player crafted.
There will be bonuses for subbed players (ESO Plus). Increased XP, gold, and crafting XP.
Subbed players (ESO Plus) have automatic access to all DLC.
You get 500 crowns for purchasing the game.
Subscribed players get 100 crowns per month.
Beta testers and those who have been subbed since the beginning will get a special item (mount) that no one else will ever be able to get.
The game will still have 5 skills + 1 Ultimate and 2 bars, even on the console.
Most of the menus in the console version of ESO look like Skyrim menus.
The beginning game tutorial has been reworked.
There will be a criminal gameplay skill line
They just said 1.6 will be on PTS next week
There will be a beta for console (maybe around april)
Crowns and items bought in the store for crowns cannot be sold or traded to other players.
Mounts and costumes purchased in the store are shared account-wide.
You will be able to get the Imperial Edition for the console
Console version has built-in voice chat
If you made it by the cut-off date, you will still be able to transfer your account from PC to PS4 or XBOX.
There will not be cross-platform compatibility or cross-platform play.
