Year Subscription. What happens if I want to cancel and get money back?

I'm just curious what happens to those of us who bought a year subscription? Now with the game model changing, can we just receive a refund, rather than gain 10% bonus and other benefits. I don't want to pay ahead of time for a "ESO plus" membership. I would rather just play the game for free and get my money back.

Check out the FAQ they posted a link to in the website article. I'm pretty sure they stated there will be no refunds.

Oh, well that's not cool. The model of product is changing. Refunds should be considered.

It's obvious the have known about this for a long time, so it could be argued that they sold you a year's worth of sub game knowing you will not get a full year of precisely that.

It's crazy that I can be offered a refund though. The product has changed. I payed a year for something that is changing.

And that's exactly why there could be a legal precedence for getting a refund. They essentially sold you something they knew would not hold for the whole year.
