I had the quest and the quest marker took me way out of the way. I couldn't find the original spot I got the quest again so I dropped the quest hoping to find the quest giver again.

They are not showing up as having any quests. Can anybody help me figure out how to find this line again or get it started so I can finish it?

This is one of the poorest quest designs I've come across. Any other MMO you can drop a quest and easily find where to get it again, or that NPC.
