ESO has an outstanding customer support system and you can call them on the phone. They will even call you back.

The forums are not the place to deal with your issue.

The history of these forums shows that on more than one occasion a ban was only reversed (and hence the original assertion by ZOS that the ban had been reviewed and was justified was proved to be false) after posting on here.

Off the top of my head I can clearly recall two, I know there have been others I'm less clear about.

In certain cases it does seem like the ban hammer was used prematurely. I can remember a few of the top of my head. Its a shame.

    Hello @sechan95 ,

You can appeal or ask for information about a ban/suspension on your The Elder Scrolls Online account by taking the following steps:
    • Open the Support page on the official ESO website and click on Email or contact Customer Support here.
    • Once the support e-mail opens, choose Account / Billing under "What kind of problem are you experiencing?"
    • Choose "I Would Like to appeal a suspension/ban." from the Select a Subcategory dropdown menu.
    • Describe the problem in the space provided.
    • Click Submit Question to send the appeal to Customer Support.

The forums are not the correct avenue to discuss game/forum account bans/suspensions. Our Code of Conduct does not allow the discussion of disciplinary actions whether they occur on the forums or in the game. As such, we are closing this thread.
