Three Scrolls of Icarian Flight can be obtained from the remains of the Bosmer wizard Tarhiel during the quest A Falling Wizard.

And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.

i honest hope we never get fly mount in ESO for just look at WoW how it basically destroyed that game in many point like in towns/city, no player use ground mount after lvl 60, everyone use fly mount when do quest so you never see any other player anymore.
If you find yourself alone, riding in green fields with the sun on your face, do not be troubled; for you are in Elysium, and you're already dead

I wish the thread had a little more text about how this came to be. Just an image of flying isn't that impressive, bots used to do it all the time before ZOS fixed it. there also used to be a bug that would catapult players to their doom (much like icarian flight).

Without giving away too much just head there you'll see what's going on.
I'm sure many have sent in the bug reports its fairly harmless . That being said , It did cause the game to crash on me after going through 2 loading screens then game crash . IMO this will be fixed asap .

I thank you with pics of Skingrad I had previously not posted. I had been worried about getting in some sort of trouble last time I mentioned it. But no one ever said anything about me talking about it.

Do you know of any locations similar to this in Tamriel?

Unfortunately the circumstances leading to this finding are a rarity. It's from a two fold problem where my internet suddenly cuts out and ESO doesn't detect that the internet has dropped. This leads to being able to wander without event such as the devouring fish triggering.

There was actually a bit more to this particular find. There was a map of the area tattooed on the ground in place of normal ground texture (this can be seen a little in the first two pics) which is how I was able to tell it was Skingrad. There was a place west of it, but I don't know what it was.

As fun as it was, I've since got a lot of my internet issues resolved, so it hasn't happened in a long time. This is the only place of it's kind I've run across.
