✭✭I don't believe Summons have a critical, so no.
(I refuse to call them pets, since we have vanity pets, and I won't contribute to someone getting them mixed up. Which has happened before on these forums)
Proc's happen on a critical hit, and on ESO Live they said in 1.6 our Summons will inherit our critical, which means they currently lack one.Edited by AlexDougherty on January 18, 2015 11:08AMPeople believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
