Looking for a little help from my Nightblade brothers. My main weapon is dual wield swords & my secondary is a Bow. I’ve recently made it to Craglorn & see some of you Nightblade just tear through everything in your way. While I see others like myself struggling & dyeing. My question is …. What setup are you going with from your armor, weapons & glyphs to your setup keys. I’ve tried mixing them up. But still not doing so well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you're fresh in Crag, avoid the wasps. ;)
The Bombard morph of Arrow Spray is nice to have; I like to use it to snare many of the non-flying mobs, while alternating with whatever other skills I like or want to level up.
Snipe to get it started and try to move so the baddies get grouped together. Fire a shot or two of Bombard to snare them then attack a few times. Funnel Health is nice to throw on to keep the damage going with a little heal. Siphoning strikes is also nice to have sometimes, as well. Just alternate between skills while shooting out that Bombard to keep them in place.
Try some variations of this idea (slowing down/stopping the movement of the baddies). You'll get it.

    When I need to DPS:
    1. Rapid Strikes
    2. Rending Slashes
    3. Steel Tornado
    4. Sap Essence
    5. Impale
    6. Veil of Blades
    Other bar
    1. Focused Aim
    2. Poison Injection
    3. Reaper's Mark
    4. Focused Attacks
    5. Evil Hunter
    6. Flawless Dawnbreaker
For armor I use 5 Hunding's 3 Shadow Walker and 4 Ashen Grip (3 with bow)
Precise enchants on weapons, infused on large armor pieces, divines on rest
Single target, if I need to go ranged I keep up focused attacks, mark the target, and animation cancel injections/lights in between a focus aim spam. Poison Injection low health and evil hunter up against daedra. If it is my preference or close range dps is preferred, apply mark, hunter, and focused attacks with other bar as needed, switch to DW bar and spam rapid strikes while animation cancelling heavies and reapplying rending slashes.
As far as AoE DW is WAAAAAAAY better, veil up while sapping and steel tornadoing is really good.
My stats are something like 2900 health, 1700 magicka, and 2600 stam, but the only must haves are 2.5k+ health (basically case for any dps) and around 2400 stam.
Also, if you can get your hands on the vicious ophidian that is a better 5 piece to wear than hundings, but I have only found 2 of those pieces so far (idc tho since 90% I run a tank spec) but I can hit 1.5k dps on most bosses single target and much higher AoE DPS wise
Lastly, in trials and stuff like that where there is a greater abundance of healers I swap out sap for power extraction for a huge AoE DPS boost
Also, try to get at least 50% weapon crit. If you can't get above that use the thief stone, if you can use the shadow stone

For Craglorn solo grinding, the best build IMO is:

    7 light armor.
Bar 1 Destro staff: Impule, Sap Essense, Swallow Soul, Crushing Shock, Siphoning Strikes, Viel of Blades Ultimate
Bar 2 Resto staff: Mutagen, Ward Ally (or the other morph), Circle of Preservation, [Camouflaged/Evil Hunter or Crippling Grasp], Siphoning Strikes, Bat Swarm (or whatever Ult if you don't wanna vamp)

    How it work.

    1. Keep Siphoning Strikes on
    2. Pop mutagen to get ticks from the get go, give a second for Magic to fill up.
    3. Pull group of mobs
    4. Drop Circle of Preservation (if you're fighting undead/daedra pop Hunter right before they get to you)
    5. When them mobs get over to you, hit Sap Essence, this will start heals ticking
    6. Spam Impulse until you see health dropping
    7. Use Sap essence to bring health up. If you get low, use Mutagen and Ward then back to sap essence
    8. As ultimate fills up, first drop Viel of blades, then use bat swarm.

I've been able to solo the Crypt, chest and bosses included with this build.

    For Stamina

7 Medium armor. I like to run 5 Ogrims Scales and 4 Hundings rage.

Bar 1 Dual Wield: Drain Power, Steel Tornado, [pick you other three] , Ultimate: Flawless Dawnbreaker or Soul Harvest Ultimate
Bar 2 Bow: Poison Injection, Lethal Arrow, Swallow Soul, Ring of Preservation, [pick another], Ultimate: Bat Swarm or Veil of Blades

How this works. Ideally you want to be able to pop a Bat Swarm to heal you up. You fill up ultimate with Drain Power and Steel Tornado for groups. Swallow Soul helps a bit with ticking up some health.

I haven't been able to solo as much with this...but it still worked good for Spell Fiend grind and a lot of the delves.

I personally have more fun in PvP with Stamina, so this is the build I run..but it doesn't let you solo what the Pajamablade Stick build will.
