Today I received Leg Guards, Belt and two pairs of Boots of Cyrodiil's Ward. Let's not talk about how useless that is, what I'm curious about are enchantments on those items.
Leg Guards I got give +104 Max Stamina, which is the same enchantment power you get if you improve a green-quality reward item to purple. Leg Guards of Cyrodiil's Ward sold by Elite Gear Vendor give +112 Max Stamina.
The two pairs of Boots I got have different enchantments. One gives +42 Max Stamina, the other +45 Max Stamina (same as vendor).
Why are there even two grades of enchantments on those rewards, and if that was intended, why is one weaker than what vendor sells, not stronger?

Why ESO needs a monthly subscriptionWhen an MMO is designed around a revenue model rather than around fun, it doesn’t have a long-term future. ―
