All Hail Purry, Empress of Chillrend NA

Despite the blue zerg being real, despite some really hard AP grinding, despite all odds over the last week, Purry finally made it to number one and Guild of Shadows (with help from the locals in Mad 4 Destruction) flipped the ring tonight.

It was a tough go, because one person (and supporting guild) was determined to deny Purry her chance for the longest time, dating back to other campaigns. This is a shout out to that said guild - you lost. You might have crowned the day before, with help from every major guild in the game (and even enlisting the aid of AD), but we did it, for the most part, all on our own.

I just wanted to throw that out there, and rub it in a little, because you seem so entitled most of the time. I hope now the harassment stops, because she didnt deserve that garbage.

I want to extend our deepest thanks to the Chillrend DC for amazing fights over the last week, and for more to come. Come depose us, if you can >=]

Moving forward, I hope Chillrend remains competitive. Ive been here for a very long time, and it has grown to be my favorite campaign community over those months. No bickering, no real drama (besides guesters), and its always fighting the good fight.

So there you have it, Chillrend NA is red. See you on the flipside, im off. Congrats Purry on a long road, and a goal fulfilled.

we spent all day getting the ap/defending/attacking so it wasnt really a night cap and besides there where large numbers of DC when it flipped

Most emp crowning a will have some rumors behind then. Just look at your passives and then laugh all the way to the AP bank.

the only time i've heard of anyone offering gold to throne an emp publicly was for a certain sneaky Emp in Haderus this week, where his guild shouted out offering gold to anyone who came and helped

Umm.. No.. that was Sneakyhabenero on Haderus, who someone in his guild offered 1K gold in zone chat for each EP who came and helped crown him at Arrius.

Ok, now that you have all flipped emp twice and gotten your passives, could you all kindly go back to whatever hole ya'll crawled out of. Although I enjoy the constant supply of very squishy DC and AD players to blow up, the uber ego's of the guesting guilds and the all round poor sportsmanship from all factions is
infuriating.

Regardless you know what I mean, I personally couldn't find the sense of achievement in rolling around out numbering people 3:1. a couple of nights ago when EP took the map bar one of DC's scrolls I had this scrubby EP DK tank trash whispering me about how good EP was when it was DC 1 bar EP 3 bars AD 1 bar.

That is not an achievement or by any means a feat of a skill.

EDIT: Just saw this is Chillrend thought it was Thorn no one cares less about buff servers than I. Jolly good keep it up.

And.. the smurfs are pretty ferocious about having that buff server. Awesome fights, but they really come out of the woodwork with a blue tide when we take too much of the map. Pretty much, would not count on it being a red buff server.
