Werewolf Stamina Regen vs Poison Vulnerability

I know the regen works only in human form.

But I've always thought the vulnerability works in either form.

Now guildies telling me it's only in wolvie form.

So if my logic is correct...

If you're a werewolf and you never transform, it's basically a free regen buff with NO drawbacks whatsoever???

Why would any stamina-build player NOT a werewolf then??

    LOL, i'm not even kidding. My buddy is RAGING Right now. He just took the WW bite about an hour ago...

    We were just out in Cyrodil, and some sniper hit em for 1500!!! ROFL, hes so angry he says he's gonna quit. He's rarely EVER been hit for 1k, full HP/resist/HA build DK.

    Soooo, hes saying IT DEFINITELY HURTS ALL THE TIME!

    So it hurts even in human (non-transformed) mode too??? So I'm not crazy!?!?! LOL

    Nah, his friend is just wrong and getting mad for no good reason. You don't get any extra damage from poison attacks while in humanoid form. Also 1,8K on a heavy armourer target is very easy to achieve when you use items or abilities which penetrates that so called "mitigation".

    My character is stamina based for most of my attacks. I chose werewolf for the stam regen passive and because being werewolf is fun! Just doing light attacks in werewolf form hit like a truck. As far as the poison vulnerability you shouldn't be getting any extra damage unless transformed into a werewolf. In cyrodill its easy for a nightblade to take you down with a bow even if you aren't a werewolf. They just use mark target, snipe from stealth and lethal arrow until your done. Its as easy as that.
