I have collected a majority of the books available in my home factions zones, cold harbor and cryodiil. I am 1/3 of the way from rank 9 to 10 with only a handful of books missing and i'm wondering if anyone has gotten to rank 10 without going to a vet zone.

Really wish there was another way to level this besides just books after completing the questline, like maybe some dailies. Fighters guild is a joke to Max compared to Mages guild.0 -

That being said, when you get the Ult, it should probably be a bookcase falling from the sky, not a meteor.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

interesting.. Know what? I have Mages Guild 10 but after completing 2/3 of the Gold, stil dont have above 7 in Fighters Guild. Oh wait.. maybe thats Undaunted.. Dang it .. now I have to look in game. Just in case you don't know - the questline has nothing to do with leveling mage's guild. It is always just the books.
Each area in the game has it's own set of books. They appear randomly, but on pre-determined spots (kinda like treasure chests do). Once you find all the books a zone holds, you need to move to another one to find more.0
