Lost 68 Mastic Upgrade Materials That Were In My Bank

Somehow between 1/6/15 and today 1/7/15 I lost all the Mastic upgrade materials I had stored in my bank. Found out when I went to upgrade a bow I had just crafted.
Now I either have to buy Mastic from another player or start deconstructing purple bows. Totally unsatisfactory and my question to ZOS is what are you going to do about it?
