I have looked into the code and I think that it could be possible the same way as in NoSpin. But this time you have to remove END_IN_WORLD_INTERACTIONS_FRAGMENT instead of FRAME_PLAYER_FRAGMENT.

Or if you just don't want stop harvesting when you open another scene (map, inventory, ...), you can remove only EndInteraction(INTERACTION_HARVEST). Something like:

And YES -i want to dance in town fountain when im browsing internet (while still playing TESO), i dont want to just stand there doing nothing

I just use "Windows button" and also removed "ALT" from Shortcuts so its not working as ESC.

Anyway its annoying, same with Fishing - i would like to keep fishing and play with my skills / inventory / mail etc.

Bumping this addon again. It works perfectly: You are able to open your inventory, map etc. if you harvest now.
