I know its going to change, but wan to get to VR14

So what is the fastest way now to gain VR levels if I want to save whats left of Caldwells Gold at VR7? Actually have done a lot of it, willing to sacrifice the chance that I will not have that option for champion points, but it still seems slow, so I don't think it's worth wasting.

I know it changes in 1.6 but VR levels themselves will not until at least 1.7 and I really want to go to Cyrodiil un-gimped.

Go to Craglorn and grind spellscar.

Grind mobs and Spellscar in Craglorn. You'll be VR14 in a couple of days.
