Hey Vir Cor, or anyone that knows. I had a question about shields. When I die in the video, it looks like a had like a 2.4k shield or so and then I just dropped dead. That happened to me a couple times yesterday and I don't remember that happening before, like a month ago when I stopped playing. Is this a bug? Or am I dumb and NB execute goes through shields? Or lag? I can't figure it out lol.

According to my tests conducted last October, critting on damage shields is not possible. I wouldn't be surprised if they still haven't fixed it (assuming it isn't intended).

Don't worry, I'm quite sure ZOS doesn't know either.

That thread's been up there for 3 months without a response or an acknowledgement that something is wrong.

so that is why my sneak attacks on people with shields up did not touch them....

thanks for the feedback. I was going to make a small video but with 1vX, the time piles up just coz you gotta deal with more then one person. If i was making a gank video it would be like 3 minutes coz they are like 5 second kills. Might try to make the next one under 5 min so i can fit just one song on it haha.

The reason you die is because the impale hit for over 1k. I did ambush before i hit you with the imaple so it did do more dmg. Maybe if i didnt ambush i wouldnt have had the dmg to kill you. It hit through your shield and hit your remaining low health. Hence why i use the healing debuffs because i can execute through shields and if you try to heal at low health its tough.

Im going to upload and tag you in part of 2 clips with a DK i had. I use the healing debuff combo. What him die from the healing debuff in the first one and then waste all his magicka in the 2nd trying to get a heal off.

Well i didn´t say anything else.
The healing is low and it works fine on GdB-spamming DKs and Heal-spamming Templars, but thats it.
It´s a totally fine combination, i just think u don´t need it.
