Anyone having issues with NPC's teleporting instead of moving normally.

Just started about an hour ago. The NPCs no longer runs at you, but teleport around so fast that you can't hit them. Players aren't affected. It's at the point were the game is almost unplayable. My latency is consistently 100, at least that is what the in game meter is displaying.

I did some quick tests and see no issues on my network or connection, but will do some more later today.

Unfortunately naming conventions are not uniform and the sky is falling tactic of capslock thread titles makes that hard for you to know I guess.

- The exact locations youwere having issues at
- Time it happened (all the time, intermittent)
- Which Megaserver
- If in Cyrodiil, which campaign

- In Glenumbra around the quest area "The jewel Crown of Anton". The OP video is me fighting the guardian of the vault.
- Started having problems at 0630 hours, problem was all the time with NPCs., but players were not affected.

Not sure what your're referring to? Do you watch the video, it looks like the NPC's are telephoning, hence the title of my post.
