Question on CP ( not amount related )

So it's my understanding that when my lvl 14 character get a CP....I can use that point on any characters on the account. If that is the case....what's stoping someone from lvling characters to put extra points on a higher level toon ?!??!?!?!

✭✭✭Cause 1-50 won't gain Champion points. VR1-VR14 does.
You can however get 7 alts to 50 then once Champ system comes out power rush through silver and gold as quick as possible.Edited by ers101284b14_ESO on January 1, 2015 11:21PM1 -

I think having several VR characters will be popular which to me is a good thing. Hopefully people experiment more with different builds and ways of doing things.0
