It was stated a very long time ago that a goal across future updates was to make combat more responsive by tweaking animations, improving performance, and such. So why, months later, is the templar ability, Focused / Explosive / Toppling Charge, still on this abysmal global cooldown? I love the ability. I love what it does. I just hate using it because it feels like my ping is 1000 whenever I do.
I remember reading something about why it was made this way to begin with, but the specifics have slipped my mind. I see no reason why it can't be made to function well with a more fluid feel to it. No ability should be this unresponsive. But hey, at least we aren't overshooting targets by a mile anymore.

No, it still overshoots targets, that's why I decided to go with a different charge...
