Emperor Abdication

In regard to this, I have heard people talking about how Emperors can leave the campaign, so it goes to the person next in-line. Is this true? And people were also talking about how you can let a keep get taken, then re-take it for the next in-line Emperor after the current one leaves, does this work too? If these are not true, does anyone know the method of how people can do this?

Both false but im to lazy to type out a list of how emp farming is done.... besides the last thing we need is more emp farming.

You need all 6 imp. keeps to throne emp, and need to loose all those 6 for dethrone, after which you need to take again those 6 keeps for new emp. Not sure about emp leaving campaign.

If an emperor abdicates, you still have to lose all 6 imperial keeps and retake all 6 to crown the next in line. Unless there is server maintenance.

What's really cool is that since there are no more server maintenances these days, there's no emperor abdication ! Lucky us
