Elite PvP vendor

So the elite pvp vendor sells 2 rings, Ravaging band and Ravaging ring. Part of the Ravager set. The problem is that they have the exact same stats. Health enchants. Why are there 2 rings with the exact same stats but different names?? Is this intended or a bug? I was hoping at least one of them would have a stamina enchant on it..

✭✭In 1.2 I think some of the rings wasn't locked and their enchantment was able to change while their band versions were locked. I think that this was the main idea for the ring and bands. Although not all the rings was unlocked.Because I can!0 -

Both of these rings have the Healthy trait, which means they provide a much lower stat budget than a ring of the same quality that would have stamina as its trait.
It is mind boggling that ZOS can go 6 months without adjusting the Healthy trait on jewelry to be on par with arcane and robust. It is ruining so many potentially good jewelry items.0 -

Yes, you are right, Stx. I meant the trait, not the enchant. Both rings have the Healthy trait and I expect that one of them would have the robust trait since there is a necklace in the same set with that trait. The elite pvp vendor seems to be a rush job just to get something "out there" to please the pvp crowd.

Would be nice if there were a difference. I am surprised Zenimax didn't make it so you have to wear each apart and not 2 of the same for set bonus.

I noticed it too, very annoying and they are both lvl 1. Where is the lvl 12 ring ??
According to this site (http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Ravager+Set), they exist but are not sold but the PVP vendor as of 1.5.7
ZOS plz fix and refund the lvl 1 ring and bands plz ! AP are not easy to gain (not much time to play)

That site is out of date. Both rings to the Ravager set are available on the elite PvP vendor up to VR14. 248,000 AP each at that level. If you didn't know this already, the elite vendor only shows items according to your level. If you aren't VR12, you won't see VR12 items on it.
