In Skywatch you have quest "The Racer" about frog races. Also in Reaper's March you can find a caravan of endless gambling. But you get anything even if you win.

✭The only gambling I'm aware of atm are these racings (which was posted somewhere above), but they don't work, except for the frog, I think. You'll lose your money, even if you win. Btw, when you do lose your money after you won, the customer support will help you out for sure :-)
