What do you think about the usefulness of the passive?
Is it handicapped due to the 3 seconds cooldown or is it one of the best passives of the game?

    Think it needs to be a stamina version of the red diamond passive from imperial. Then I would like it a lot more and give red guard a good choice for races

    Red Diamond = Melee attacks have a 10% chance to restore 3[x] Health


    What grinds my gears the most with both of these is, that only melee fighters get the bonus, If you only use bow you will NOT benefit from the passive at all.

    If you in mêlée it is basically 20+ stamina per second, unaffected by regen caps. I'd say that's pretty strong, especially for tanking characters.

    Yeah, Werewolf Redguard Stamina Nightblade sounds fun. Rolls for days, cloak, more blocks, etc.
    I didn't think my hangover was that bad this morning until I spent 10 minutes trying to log into my old Etch-A-Sketch

    "Melee Attack" can generally be interpreted as "not a projectile".

    stamina or magika based melee skills
    and really it's not allways clear weather skill is melee or not. For eg carve, consealed weapon, ambush and soul harvest are melee but steel tornado is not.
