AvA 1.6 Flare ability

ZoS stated this ability would be rather expensive as it uncovers stealthed foes but it seems rather pointless as I can spam lightning flood or volley for almost nothing. Unless there is some hidden attribute to Flare that we don't know about yet. What do you guys think this ability is really capable of?

I think that this ability will have a larger radius than the other abilities and will uncover stealth groups who are ready to attack a resource or rush into a breach.

I think it's pretty obvious it's going to have a huge radius. I'm more interested in what the morphs will be.

Kind of serious ... Would take time to get there like caltrops but would heal debuff while there

Last thing that is needed is is a casted AOE heal debuff imo. I'd like a damage bonus against crouched opponents caught in it, or a 1sec stun on crouched opponents. Something kind of to deter a person from staying crouched because their crouch speed is my mount speed and just force them into open combat or make them run away.

It may last for a huge amount of time, allowing groups to cover doorways and certailocations, and to be able to easily spot stealthed players like me:)
