in the light of 1.6 patch i found there is one thing to increase you ms - sets
for me in PVP when i mount to ride for long distances i switch to 3xCyrodiil Ward
also stackable thing is bow passive
and orc racial
[OUTDATED]
it will be faster than fastest horse
Hasty Retreat passive
Athletics passive
Refreshing Path with morphs
Retreating Maneuver
Elusive Mist
any other ideas?

btw Dark Stalker passive dont stack with Night's Silence 5th bonus

Rezzy64✭✭✭I'm a person who loves speed over everything else.
I personally think that only "Refreshing Path", "Retreating Maneuver", and "Elusive Mist" are useful for a speed build. I only say that because the other two skills are only useful while sprinting and dodge rolling.
I like to be speedy during combat so any speed boosts while sprinting are useless to me.
May I suggest trying out "Crippling Grasp". It's a very decent dot that snares and provides a very significant speed boost. I depend on it very frequently for speeding up in battle.
A shadow and syphon build with probably a mixture of medium and light armor would be pretty ideal for this battle style.
Let me know how your speed build goes whether you take my suggestions or not. I love fast moving characters, and although my character is pretty fast it doesn't follow your specific suggestions so I would love to see if your build would trump mine speed and combat wise. Good luck OP.1 -

✭Night's silence way back in the day was awesome, yes it stacked. When you added on everything you could in game for speed there was no need to use a horse to get to a battle, you could run in stealth at medium horse speed!
Ah, those were the days...Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...2 -
