    If it's players did they have immovable or other CC Break/Immunities up?

    Ahh, doesnt Immovable etc work againts fear?

    sometimes it just does not work.

    annoying, but not that common. its also possible your perma blocking foe(:D) had immovable up, or recently CC broke something else, granting them CC immunity

    Anyone know if the damage reduction and snare actually works? Because I feel it doesn't. I'll fear someone and regardless of whether they break the CC or if it runs it's course I for some reason don't see any snare or damage reduction? Does it only happen during the fear? Because that would be pointless since a feared target can't attack so why bother having a damage debuff?
