Something wrong with Altmer's eyes in Mistral...

A lot of them (mainly inside the embassy, crew of the Serpent's Kiss, but others in town, too) now have eyes with completely white pupils.
Not 100% sure on that but it appears to effect everyone considered a Sea Viper?
Is this an intended/recent change? Because it looks very strange...

Circuitous✭✭✭✭✭Maormer (sea elves) have white eyes. They also have bluish tint to their skin. Other than that, they look just like Altmer.
So, what you're seeing are not bugged Altmer, but perfectly ordinary Maormer. The storyline of Khenarthi's Roost should explain them well enough.Ｔｈａｎｋ Ｓｔｅｎｄａｒｒ ｉｔ’ｓ Ｆｒｅｄａｓ．
